I'm Laura, and I became a licensed veterinary technician in 2011, graduating from Pima Medical Institute. After I had a dog diagnosed with cancer in 2009 and feeling the support from his veterinary team, I realized I wanted to provide that same care and support to other families.  After a combined 13 years in oncology and 2 years in emergency medicine respectively, I have decided to make the move to general practice.  I am looking forward to forming lasting relationships with our clients and patients, and understanding cases before they are seen in specialty or emergency. I am also excited to care for the animals within the community that I live. In my free time I enjoy puzzles, plants, and games. I live with my husband, daughter, 2 dogs (Maltese/Shih-Tsu mix Tank and  Maltese Pixie), and handsome chonky siamese mix cat (Monster).
